Course Description

One of the critical aspects of the sales process is the appraisal – especially when it does not match the sales price.  This course looks at the property valuation process from both sides – the licensee and the appraiser and helps the licensee understand the problems and what we can do to resolve them.  Our clients want one thing – a smooth closing on a property they want to buy or sell and it’s our job to make that happen while looking out for their best interests.
