The quick start guide to connectMLS™! Get to know the fundamentals including basic searching, homepage widgets, property statuses, contingency flags and much more. This class will familiarize you with the tools to start using connectMLS™ and answer the questions you didn’t even know to ask!

Course Prerequisites

This is the class you should take before taking any other connectMLS™ class. Active MRED ID. You need to log in to connectMLS prior to class. MRED trainers cannot help you with your password.

Listing Entry & Successful Marketing class presented by MRED (Mon. 10 Feb, 2020 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

Learn the best practices of how to enter listings from start to finish and get them moving! This course covers the available resources in connectMLS™ to make the most of your listings. Are you a buyers agent only? This class is still HIGHLY recommended the more you know about what goes in a listing, the better you can search for your buyers.  Become fluent in all the terms on the listing form and learn about property types, loading photos, how to change listings, and much more!

Course Prerequisites

Intro to connectMLS™ is the prerequisite. Active MRED ID, already using the MRED connectMLS™ system.

This course focuses on key issues and statutes that licensees, in “exercising reasonable skill and care” for Landlords and Tenants, need to be aware of when providing Residential Leasing and Property Management services.
