Course Description:
When the housing industry went into crisis mode, the number of legislative initiatives to “fix” things set new record highs. As “loose” as the financing regulations were up until 2006, that pendulum swung even further in the opposite direction. With an executive order, President Trump is intent to deregulate, thus causing the pendulum to swing again. This course will focus on just a few of the historical and recent regulations that have the largest impact on current buyers and sellers in Ilinois.
