Course Description:

Brokers licensed between February 1, 2018 and August 8,

2019 are required to take 30 hours of Broker Post-License

prior to their first license renewal. The “Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Practices 15-hour Interactive course” offered here combined with the “Broker Post License Topics 15-hour course” satisfies the 30-hour requirement. It is highly recommended that you complete the “15-hour Broker Post License Topics course” prior to taking this classroom/interactive course because “Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Practices” is an interactive course that covers the practical application of those topics.

APP 501 Agents and appraisers 3 hour elective CE class

Course Description

One of the critical aspects of the sales process is the appraisal – especially when it does not match the sales price.  This course looks at the property valuation process from both sides – the licensee and the appraiser and helps the licensee understand the problems and what we can do to resolve them.  Our clients want one thing – a smooth closing on a property they want to buy or sell and it’s our job to make that happen while looking out for their best interests.
