Course Description:

The CORE education curriculum is designed to address License Law, Agency duties, Fair Housing Laws, Advertising Issues, and Escrow obligations, along with changes and trends in the Industry. Case studies, polling questions and discussions will help students recognize risk management procedures as well as best practices for successful client experiences.

Course Description:

This 2-hour elective course is designed to meet the requirements of sexual harassment prevention training required for all IDFPR licensees.  In addition, it provides the student with information and training for safe interaction with the public in real estate transactions.

15-hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles

 

This 2-day class is only for Brokers licensed between November 1, 2019 and October 31, 2021.

It runs from 9am to 4:30pm each day.

This is one of 3 courses being offered through Three Rivers.

You may register for one or all three courses. Dates are 1/28-29, 2/11-12, and 4/22-23.

 

Course Description:

To provide new broker licensees with enhanced knowledge of a broad range of topics applicable to the real estate profession. The courses will assist the broker in developing the skills necessary to protect consumers and enhance the professionalism of the real estate industry.

Overview:

Section 5-50(b) of the Real Estate License Act of 2000 requires that an individual whose first license is that of a broker received on or after August 9, 2019, must provide evidence of having completed 45 hours of post-license education presented in a classroom or through a live, interactive webinar, or online distance education course. The 45 hours of post-license education consists of three 15-hour post-license courses, one each that covers applied brokerage principles, risk management/discipline, and transactional issues. This course covers the Applied Brokerage Principles.
