Celebrating Excellence in Real Estate
Each year, the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® proudly honors outstanding members who exemplify professionalism, leadership, and dedication to our industry and community. Our annual awards recognize individuals across several categories, highlighting excellence in real estate practice, volunteerism, and career achievement.
We invite members to nominate themselves or a colleague who meets the criteria for these prestigious honors. Whether you’re an experienced industry leader, an emerging talent, or a committed community partner, there’s an award category designed to recognize your impact.
Nominations typically open in the spring and are open to all members in good standing. Each award has specific requirements that must be met, and supporting documentation may be requested. Members are encouraged to keep track of their career accomplishments, volunteer activities, and association involvement throughout the year in preparation for the nomination period.

- Community Service — Local, State and National level of participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political activities, fraternal and religious groups.
- Local Association Activity – Association board positions held and committee work; special assignments; seminar activity and education work; membership and offices held in local chapters of institutes, etc.
Affiliate of the Year
This award recognizes an Affiliate member who has shown exceptional support of the association, its members, and the real estate community. The recipient demonstrates leadership, engagement, and a commitment to enhancing the REALTOR® experience.
This award is designed to celebrate significant and outstanding service to Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® by an Affiliate Member.
Requirements:
- Be an Affiliate Member in good standing at Three Rivers.
- Be active in the association. (An active member joins committees and attends/supports events sponsored by the association or association’s committee.)
- Be a member for at least 12 months prior to nomination.
Rising Star
Designed to recognize a REALTOR® who is newer to the industry and already making a significant impact. Nominees should show promise through their professionalism, involvement, and contributions to the industry and association.
Requirements:
- TRAR Committee Involvement (can’t be in name only as attendance and participation is required).
- Brokers licensed on or after 06/1/2023 are eligible for this award with verifiable production.
- Candidates can only win the Rising Star Award once in a lifetime.
Good Neighbor
Awarded to a member who has made an extraordinary commitment to volunteer service in their local community. Nominees should have a history of impactful involvement in charitable or civic activities.
Requirements:
- Nominee must be a REALTOR® in good standing with local, state, and national association.
- Nominee should have contributed to a program that improves the livability of a community. Those activities aren’t limited to real estate or housing issues.
- Nominee should have made a significant contribution of personal time, but contributions of money, materials, or other resources will be considered by the judges as well.
- Nominee will be judged on level of personal contribution, impact of personal contribution, broadness of impact, and the project’s suitability as a role model for other REALTORS®.
- The award is intended to recognize individual contributions, not association/company wide efforts. However, if an individual can be singled out as instrumental to the success of a group effort, he or she is eligible. If the achievements of two people (such as a married couple or co-founders of an organization) absolutely cannot be separated, they can enter as a pair and their entry will be considered as one.
- Some portion of the nominee’s community work must have taken place during the time period indicated, but judges will also consider ongoing efforts outside that time frame that demonstrate a depth of commitment.
- Nominees should be able to document the results of their individual involvement though published reports and or testimonials from the organization they served o the people they helped.
- Nominations must be accompanied by a completed entry form to be considered.
- Grant awards will only be issued to a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
