Our Purpose and Responsibilities
The Affiliates Committee is a vital part of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS®. Comprising dedicated Affiliate members, this committee is responsible for fostering educational and networking opportunities within the Association, producing our Food For Thought educational programs, and increasing affiliate membership within the Association.

The mission of the Affiliates Committee is to serve Three Rivers Associaton of REALTORS® by providing educational and networking opportunities to all members. The committee works with other committees to promote better relationships within the Association by encouraging ideas, innovations, and the talents of our members.

Joe Medrano
Committee Chair
Joe has been leading the Affiliates Committee since October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the team. His strategic vision has been instrumental in the success of our programs.
Raymond Manuel
Committee Vice-Chair
Ray is currently serving as Vice-Chair but he will transition to Chair of the Affiliates Committee beginning October 2024. His organizational skills and attention to detail are unparalleled.
