ABOUT THREE RIVERS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit organization that services approximately 900 REALTOR® and Affiliate members. Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® is affiliated with Illinois REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and works to provide our members with the tools and information they need to remain successful. We also strive to keep our membership informed as to the latest developments that affect housing and the real estate industry in general. 2021 marked our 100th year as members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
The Multiple Listing Service, continuing education and professional development programs, an extensive member benefits program, fund raising events, community service, professional standards, and an extensive political action program are just some of the services that Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® provides for its members.

The association also provides you with an excellent opportunity for personal career advancement beyond the local level. In order for one to become involved with the state and national associations, participation at the local is vital and Three Rivers provides anyone who so desires a shorter path to do just that. Each year members are asked to apply for positions on the association’s board of directors which can eventually lead to serving on leadership at Three Rivers! As an officer, you will attend various state and national meeting exposing you to a depth of insight into the real estate business that you would never have experienced had you not had the chance to do so.

Sentrilock Lockbox Program. Lockboxes are available for purchase at our costs which helps keep your business expenses down. SentriLock is a REALTOR® member benefit.
TechHelpline
Unlimited tech support from TechHelpline. Experts are there to help with everything from smartphone issues to computer or printing setup or errors. Offered as a member benefit to both our REALTOR® members and our Affiliate members.

Educational Opportunities:
This includes all of the state approved continuing education classes you will need for license renewal. We also offer NAR Certification and Designation courses along with many opportunities to attend our various MRED training classes right in our association office. Plus, professional development programs on a variety of relevant topics through our learning lunches, YPN Boot Camp, and our Food for Thought video series.

All the approved contracts and forms you need are readily available on our website.
Networking Events:
Throughout the year, we offer a number of fun networking events such as our annual Golf Outing, Holiday Party, Chili Cookoff, Membership Cookout, YPN Birthday Bash, Coffee and Collaboration, and many more. All of these events provide opportunities for our members to meet and socialize with each other. We also offer sponsorship opportunities to our Affiliate members specific to each event.
Three Rivers REALTOR® Store and Affiliate Member Information Center:
Our store offers a wide variety of signs and other materials for you to purchase for use in your business. Our Affiliate information center provides a central location where our Affiliate member can leave educational materials, advertisements, coupons, and other items for members to enjoy.
Good Neighbor Activities:
When possible, we like to give back to the communities that we serve. We do this by partnering with our local chamber of commerce and Center for Economic Development as well as donating and volunteering when needed at organizations such as MorningStar Mission and Habitat for Humanity.
